Hello, .
My name is Judy Schwager
and I am here to help you fulfill your dream of country
land ownership! .
We all have our own reasons for wanting a little piece of the country. My love of land started when I was a young adult in Sparta, New Jersey. I wanted to buy a
horse but could not afford land to keep her. I journeyed with
3 friends to Central New York and looked at just one parcel of land.
. It was love at first site.
We signed a contract, went back to NJ, packed our belongings, got the horse and moved to the country. .
That was 35 years ago!
A few years later we each purchased our own property, all
within 2 miles of each other, raised our children and still marvel at the beauty this area holds.
